A natural coffee from Colombia tends to be fruit-forward and complex, with intense sweetness and a heavier body. Expect bold notes of ripe berries, tropical fruits, and sometimes wine-like or fermented undertones. The natural (or dry) process allows the coffee cherry to dry on the bean, enhancing fruitiness and creating a more adventurous, aromatic cup compared to the cleaner profile of washed coffees.
